• Disrupt servers or network infrastructure.

5. Project Deliverables

For custom development projects:

• Ownership transfer occurs only after full payment.
• Delays caused by client-side approvals or content submission are not our responsibility.
• Additional requirements beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
• Final files are delivered only after the final payment is successfully processed.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services if users violate these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dehradun, Uttrakhand, India.
